Community Support Worker
£10.00 – £12.00 per hour
Type: Permanent (Full time and part time hours available)
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced support worker to join a well-established team to support a 40 year old man with an acquired brain injury.
The client is fully dependent on all aspects of his personal care; he is a full time wheelchair user and transfers using a hoist.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work to the current rota, which includes day/evening and weekend shifts. The client is supported by a waking night shift, which is part of the rota.
This is an opportunity for an experienced support worker, who is skilled at providing quality care, adhering to CQC principles and wants to be part of a well-established care team.
This position does involve personal care.

Essential Requirements Include:
Ability to work using their own initiative, excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role, flexibility to work the hours agreed, full driving licence, a positive attitude, a caring disposition and an excellent sense of humour.
